During an updating of the grand ballroom, a fire in the kitchen heavily damaged the main floor Lobby and restaurant of the hotel. Stuart Olson managed the rejuvenation and updating of numerous areas of the building with Baytek as the drywall contractor on a Cost Plus basis. The landmark, recognized by it’s distinct stucco pattern, is once again a respected conference centre and hotel.
